SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ONGOING LAYOUT DEVELOPMENTS

TNRERA requires refundable, non-interest-bearing Security Deposits for ongoing layout projects:

– Up to 1 Acre/Rs. 1 Crore cost: Rs. 1 lakh

– 1-5 Acres/Rs. 1-5 Crore cost: Rs. 5 lakh

– 5-10 Acres/Rs. 5-10 Crore cost: Rs. 10 lakh

– Over 10 Acres/Over Rs. 10 Crore: Rs. 20 lakh

Deposits ensure completion of development works and compliance with planning authority and local body conditions.
