1. Promoter name

2. Project name

3. TNRERA registration details

4. Project completion date per TNRERA

5. TNRERA website (www.rera.tn.gov.in)

Installation occurs post-registration with Engineer/Architect certification and site photographs. Compliance is mandatory and verified before completion report issuance, enhancing transparency for home buyers.
