Deputy Chief Minister inspected comprehensive development project in the Wall Tax Road area. The integrated complex includes 700 new residential units for affordable housing, multi-purpose community facilities, blood bank and dialysis center. The project has been designed to provide complete facilities including parks, sports ground, market, and essential amenities for residents. With an investment of Rs. 165 crore, this mixed-use development will serve approximately 2,800 residents and provide employment and commercial opportunities. The project is being implemented under the North Chennai Development Plan to transform the area.
