TNRERA establishes weekly Grievance Redressal Meetings every Monday, chaired by the Chairperson, effective 23 June 2025. Home buyers, promoters, and stakeholders may present grievances directly. All representations are entered in a separate register for systematic follow-up. Disputes subject to formal adjudication under the RERA Act cannot be addressed in these meetings, ensuring distinct separation between informal grievance redressal and formal legal proceedings.
