COMPLAINT ADJUDICATION BENCH CONSTITUTION

TNRERA has constituted two benches for Form-M complaint adjudication with the following composition:

Bench-1 (Chair: Thiru Shiv Das Meena, IAS Retd.): Handles RCPs/CCPs exceeding Rs. 1 crore and all other complaints

Bench-2 (Members: Adv. M.Krishnamoorthy, Dr. D. Jagannathan, IAS Retd.): Handles RCPs/CCPs up to Rs. 1 crore

This structure ensures specialized handling of complex complaints while maintaining case distribution efficiency as directed by the Chairperson.
