TNRERA announces the relocation of its administrative headquarters from CMDA Tower-II, Gandhi Irwin Bridge Road, Egmore (Chennai-600008) to a new purpose-built facility at: TNRERA Building, Plot Nos. 586, 587, 588, I and II Avenue, Anna Nagar (East), Chennai-600102 (Near Valliammal School).

The Authority will commence operations from the new office with effect from 1st December 2025. This relocation enhances operational capacity and provides improved facilities for stakeholder engagement and complaint redressal. Office hours remain 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM on all working days.
